Career Prospects

Candidates are in the continuous assessment mode, and they are finally evaluated based on both formative and submmative assessment.

Career Progression

Depending on their conduct and performance, the candidates may look forward to the following career progression;

  • Coordinator – in a span of 5 – 7 years, Annual package of 8 to 10 Lacs per annum.
  • Head of School Wing - in a span of 8 – 10 years, Annual package of 10 to 15 Lacs per annum.
  • Vice Principal - in a span of 12 – 15 years, Annual package of 18 Lacs per annum.
  • Principal – in around 15 years. Annual package of 24 to 30 Lacs per annum.

Improving Career Prospects

To further improve their career prospects, the candidates while serving with the schools can opt for B.Ed. through open and distance learning mode (ODL Mode) or part time basis after completing 2 years as teachers in the schools and continue to do so while undergoing B.Ed.
